Discovering home
Slow Soul Living is a journey home. A journey of discovery, a quest to bring more love, joy, connection and belonging to everyday living, in a slow and deeply authentic way. One that nourishes the mind and body and replenishes the soul.
While I help you uncover the design of your true soul home, and guide you to bring more wellbeing, connection and a deeper sense of belonging to your most intimate abode, I also explore and share ways we can design a more authentic life.
I explore how we can create more connection where connection has been lost. Feel more joy where joy has been dulled. Share more love where love has been shammed or shamed. Sense more belonging where belonging feels so unfamiliar. And find our true selves when we are no longer sure what that even means.
Slow Soul Living is a testament to the transformative power
of a soul who has found home & a home that has found soul

Somewhere along my path I started to obsess about ageing. I’d panic over wrinkles and creases and saggy bits, and wonder why I wasn’t feeling as boisterous and energetic as I used to. Then I’d fret over a spate of food intolerances that I had developed, apparently out of nowhere.
Searching for answers, I fell completely in love with the world of wellness. I trained to be a life coach and went on to study wellness facilitation. I followed courses in conscious ageing and started to teach at the “University for the Third Age” in Italy, where I live.
I began offering workshops and presentations on Wellness and I realised how beautifully I could combine my determination to live and age well with my knowledge and passion for wellness and my lifelong passion and experience of interior design.

My Story
My next step was to study interior design with KLC in London and train with the International Well Building Institute (IWBI), qualifying as a WELL AP: a professional in the field of wellness in interiors, thus joining their team and becoming a faculty member.

I began to work with clients, guiding them to design homes that were aligned to their values, lifestyles and needs.
But I wanted to go deeper still. I wanted to add more soul and more authenticity to my life and the lives and homes of my clients.

And I felt frustrated that homes and design seemed to be so much about fashion and seasons and trends. None of which made sense to me.
Homes are about people and love and connection. Homes are about wellbeing and integrity. Homes are spaces for souls to find peace and themselves and their dreams.

Something a little more personal…

Though I am British, I live in a delightfully pretty little town in the north of Italy, surrounded by spectacular snow-tipped mountainous peaks.
I am passionate about healthy, fabulous tasting food and high-quality wines. I love to meditate, do yoga and take long daily walks, immersing myself in the inexhaustible beauty of the neighbouring hills.
I speak English, Italian and French and dream of relocating part-time to the sparkling waters of the mediterrranean sea and the vibrancy and fascination of the coast.
My mission is to continue to learn what lights up the female soul and grow my expertise in interior wellness strategies to significantly improve thousands of lives by helping my clients create homes and lifestyles that align with the deepest desires of their hearts and souls.
